1981 VW Westfalia in Honolulu, Hawaii For Sale

Heres the scoop, no BS.
She runs great and fires right up. I drive her around the island every weekend. It is AIR COOLED, carbureted, 4spd manual. I was told the motor was rebuilt at 200k. Now reads 242k. Never had any major mechanical problems, but she leaks oil when driven, about 1qt every 2 weeks. Sitting for periods of time she doesnt leak. The front end needs some work, esp the passenger side. Shes a little rickety. The body has cancer rust on it. I've been doing some work on it around the windows and such. What do you expect for a 35 year old vehicle that has spent most of its life in Hawaii? The interior is in really good shape. The pop top has a couple repairs on it, and a couple of other small tears. Sink, stove, and fridge all work. I just got a safety sticker in October xxxx. Brand new tires in May ~xxxxmiles on them. Battery 1 year old. Clutch slave cylinder 1 year. New distributor cap, belts, plugs, wires, fuel filters 2 years ago when I bought it. I have compression checks from 2 years ago when I bought it. Good compression! (I dont have the numbers handy). She gets about 16mpg. CD player with ipod hook up. 6x9 speakers in the back under the seat.
