Surgical Dental Assistant in Honolulu, Hawaii For Sale

Our surgical dental practice is looking for a full-time dental assistant to provide chair-side support. We are a unique dental office that works well together and have a staff that has been working with us for decades. Our dentists have been voted top dentists in Honolulu every year and strive to be the best dentists and managers that they can. We are searching for an individual with great communication and patient management skills. Candidates for this position must have reliable transportation and be flexible with their schedule. Previous dental assisting experience is required.

Additional Responsibilities:
? Prepare patients for treatments and obtain dental records.
? Sterilize equipment and instruments and ensure trays are properly set up for procedures.
? Assist during surgical procedures
? Provide patients with instructions and information.
? Assist with office duties as needed, such as scheduling appointments and answer phone calls.
? Take and process x-rays
Required Education and Qualifications:
? At least 5 years of dental assisting experience required.
? Must have strong communication and patient management skills.
? Good manual dexterity.
? Friendly and positive attitude required.
? Must possess strong teamwork skills.
? Self-motivated
? Dedicated
