We have over 25years combined experience in kiteboarding and are Lifeguard CPR-First Aid certified.

This lesson is designed so students will leave with the knowledge they need to progress safely on their own. Some students will be able to get up on the board at the end of the day, but most students will need more practice/kite time. Additional lessons may be purchased and we can start off where we finished before if the student wishes to learn more riding skills.

The Day of the Lesson
? Be sure to be well rested and stretched the day of the lesson.
? Bring some snacks to eat and something to drink. Plan on being at the lesson for 3.5 hrs.
? Bring a positive attitude and the willingness to learn!
3.0 Hour Land/Water Lesson - $259 add one person $49
This is our most popular lesson. This lesson allows the student to learn everything that is taught in Ground School and gets the student flying the large kiteboarding kites both on the ground and in the water. Depending on student progress/confidence the student may be doing board starts in the water. Location will depend on wind conditions and rider ability level.
1. Hour Ground School/Trainer Kite Lesson $45
This lesson is only flying a trainer kite 3.5 meter and is a basic class that has the student become familiar with flying a kite and learning the basic maneuvers. The student will learn about the wind window, kite safety, and kite maneuvers.
Advanced Lessons- Coaching wakestyle or just getting better at going upwind, Surfing in waves or working on your transisitons
Your provide the gear we provide the coach $49 per hour
Things to do Before the Lesson
? Practice flying with a trainer kite. Knowing how to fly a kiteboarding style kite takes some getting use to. Flying a smaller version kite (trainer kite) is a great way to get use to the feel of the kite and to learn about the wind window. We recommend the Slingshot B2 meter Trainer Kite. This kite can be flown on land and in the water. It is a great kite to learn how to do body drags. This kite sells at our shop for $120 It can also be rented with a lesson booking and deposit.
