Job Description: This is an opportunity for you to lead a team of 20+ talented and motivated professionals in an established and fast-growing luxury vacation rental business. This is a Full Time, Salaried Executive position with a market leader in Hawaii. You will have overall responsibility for the profitability, growth, and service delivery of the Vacation Rental Division, and the rewards that come with it. Qualified candidates will possess an active Hawaii state real estate Brokers or Salesperson license, and most importantly, will have demonstrated a high level of success as an executive in the Vacation Rental or hospitality industry; or as an executive in brokerage or property management with extensive experience in vacation rentals.
