JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Contractor shall provide represent the 704th MIB with responsibilities for instructing units on SIGINT collection, analysis and reporting techniques and requirements that support Army, INSCOM, and Army Tactical Intelligence units, all working in concert with local military trainers. Trainers shall serve as Subject Matter Experts for SIGINT exercises and evaluate equipment, systems, and operators during the exercise. The Contractor shall provide comprehensive feedback on the effectiveness of equipment and the operational capability of the SIGINT operations. The Contractor shall perform Operator:level maintenance and updates on assigned equipment. Instructors shall conduct SIGINT Low Level Voice Operations (LLVI) training and shall integrate and train the tactical equipment used for SIGINT collection, exploitation, and precision geo:location, as required, including, but not limited to, the following.
: Precision geolocation using LLVI
: LLVI team development and exercises in field conditions
: Training on the SIGINT Terminal Guidance (STG) system and practical exercises
: RF theory
: Push:to: talk (PTT) communications
: Analog vs. digital signals
: Amplitude/frequency modulation systems
: HF, VHF, UHF communications systems
: TIPs in OCO
Qualifications:
Experience:
: A minimum of 10 years experience as an Army Maintenance and Operator Training Instructor with a minimum of 2 years Current TS/SCI clearance with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificates to operate on NSAnet databases. Current Oversight training (VUport classes OVSCxxxx, xxxx and xxxx), Intelligence Oversight Officer training (VUport training TOOLxxxx and OVSC xxxx), Trusted Agent Training (Receive training and certification from a current Trusted Agent) and Unit Auditor Training (VUport training OVSCxxxx).
Skills:
: Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and manage subordinates
Education:
: BA/BS degree + Graduate of Army Instructor School and over 10 years' experience
Clearance:
: Active TS/SCI
