Conducts property audits, develops, recommends, and implements property administration policies. Provides guidance on company policy and government regulations pertaining to property accountability. Prepares periodic and special purpose reports relative to such matters as taxes, rentals and leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc. Security Clearance TS/SCI w/Poly Typical Minimums Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
